Deer Creek Improvement Association (DCIA) is the Master Association for the varied lifestyle communities within the 600 acres of Deer Creek. Included in the community are Condominiums, Townhomes, Villas and Single Family Homes. DCIA maintains the common property including the medians, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, security, two entrance ways and the river park.
