Deer Creek Improvement Association (DCIA), in which all villages within Deer Creek also have membership, with the one exception of Arbor Green. DCIA maintains all of the common areas within Deer Creek, including the river park, two main entrances, medians and underlying irrigation. DCIA provides a special security detail, holiday lighting, and various improvement projects for Deer Creek. Many villages offer golf or lake views.
