Always helpful in describing requested changes. Any changes to the Home and major changes to Landscape must be approved prior to work being accomplished. Submit ARBs to dcia@dciadeerfield.com or voss.tina@gmail.com
Primary HOA approval required prior to submittal to DCIA. DCIA meets the first Wednesday of every month, please allow up to 30 days for approval.
The City will not approve permits without HOA and DCIA approvals when applicable.
