Can signs be placed on the property?

Signs are not allowed with the exception of a Unit Owner or his agent may place one customary and usual “Open House" sign outside of his Unit, which may contain only the words "Open" or "Open House.  The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Amendment 3, Article IX, #6 provides a full explanation on the prohibition of signs and when acceptable.  All signs with any marketing advertisement will be pulled at homeowners expense. 

What are the rules for Animal Control?

Pets are required to be on a leash at all times, NO exception in accordance with City Ordinance.  Owners shall collect and dispose of pet droppings properly. Fines will be imposed if not disposed of in a sanitary manner.  

Where can I find all Use Restrictions?

The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Article IX provides a full list of restrictions for the property

Can I make changes to the Exterior of the Property?

Any changes with the exterior appearance including, color, driveway, fencing, landscape, pool, roof, structure modification, windows,  of a unit must be approved by the DCIA ARB process.
